Dave Brown was one of many NFL quarterbacks drafted high in the first round only to have an undistinguished career in the pros. In fact, making the "Starting Lineup" was a bit of a misnomer as his career starts were not many, relatively speaking. Anyway, the contents of the box are new, but there are a few minor issues with the packaging: There was a price tag on the front of the package which has since been partially removed. On the back, there was another sticker that was also removed.
